Welcome to Autoretech's Dealership Pro! By subscribing to our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"), which govern your access to and use of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe to the Platform.
- Subscription
By subscribing to the Platform, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee for the Starter, Pro, or Premium Plan, as applicable, based on the pricing set forth on our website at the time of subscription. You also agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information, and to promptly update such information as necessary.
- Use of the Platform
You may access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform, including all content and data that you input or upload to the Platform.
- Intellectual Property
The Platform and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Autoretech or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute the Platform or any portion thereof without the prior written consent of Autoretech.
- Data Privacy
Autoretech respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to complying with applicable data privacy laws and regulations. You acknowledge and agree that Autoretech may collect and process personal data in connection with your use of the Platform, and that Autoretech will use such data only in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available on the Autoretech website.
- Termination
Either party may terminate your subscription to the Platform at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination of your subscription, your access to the Platform will be terminated immediately.
- Warranty Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Autoretech does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Autoretech be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of law.
